ALL bookings require 100% immediate payment upfront & will be charged anytime after booking.
VISA & MASTERCARD accepted only.
100% is non-refundable if booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to check-in date.
100% is non-refundable on ALL HOT "Last Minute Deals", "Super Sale" deals, "Special Offers" & "Gift Certificates" at any time.
Transfers or changes permitted at any time, and will require the
addition of a new booking. Please do not ask, refusal may offend.

from all Guest bookings for each room booked (name on booking) as
"Proof of Stay", which
includes producing a government issued Photo ID for identification
& Credit Card
details which will be copied & retained as security for
incidentals, damages, and as further
identification against "Identifty & Credit Card Fraud". Multi room
bookings will require separate registration from the guests visitors
staying in the additional room(s) booked.
We take security seriously and do not accept checkins for documents that do not match up to the name on the booking. Registration details are also kept private & confidential at all times. Failure to sign registration will result in booking cancellation, which may be non-refundable under the terms & conditions of your booking.
